The service performed on my car was fine and done in a timely manner but the check out service person they assigned me to didn't care if my car was ready and sat for check out for 40 minutes while I sat and waited patiently finally I had to say something to which he got defensive and ruined the whole experience.

They are all real nice. Zach and AJ helped me. I wish I had known they had a three day return policy. I would have brought the Toyota truck back on day two. I don't like all the tech stuff on it. I still can't work half of it. Not even the cruise control. Toyota has cut some corners to save money. The worst sound system I've heard. Not the fault of BMW.
