I typically get really good service at BMW of Fairfax, but this last time was EXCEPTIONAL. The mechanic stayed late and came in early to get my car done about two days early. The assistant manager also went above and beyond to help keep the costs in checkthere was some major work done. I'm so grateful to them both.

Fairfax BMW has a secret weapon, and that weapon is the best service in the National Capital Region. My service advisors Elana and Robert were very attentive and anticipated my every need. Robert Lulakis is the best mechanic bar none. Keeps my running like new and he has my trust. No extraneous services that I don't really need.

Service advisor was hard to get in touch with. Loaner manager threatened to charge $150/day for extended use of loaner causing me to have to drive through rushover traffic, the night before a snowstorm to return the car. Body shop technician did not return my calls. Terrible experience overall.

On January 16, we were still requesting that you please return the loaner vehicle and retrieve your car before the onset of the bad weather. I can appreciate you wanting to drive a brand-new BMW through the snow instead of the 2011, however, we need to turn the free loaner cars around quickly for other clients to use.
