While the oil/filter service and brake fluid flush were completed fine, my concern about a PDC error message was not addressed. When I asked the service advisor about it, her reply was that it would take 2 to 3 days to investigate and the next time I'm in town, they could check it out. Living 200 miles away makes this very inconvenient, to say the least. That it was not addressed at this time was very disappointing!

Charles is fabulous!
Unfortunately, however, the dealership experience really has declined in the 14 years I have been a customer. You need to acquire many more loaner vehicles so that customers may use them. It also no longer feels like a "luxury" experience when I have to wait many days in order to get a loaner and now I have to "rent" it.

Expensive. Like all car dealerships it really feels like they're doing all they can to nickel and dime you. Also, there wasn't clear communication on how much the service was once my claim would go through. I had multiple services done one of them being via my insurance and the other via out of my pocket. Clearer communication on the final cost for me would have gone a long way in doing what was right for the customer.

Loud noise turned out to be a minor issue but was treated as a priority. I always feel I am getting their best effort to service my car quickly and effectively. Charles Bellinger is the best I could ask for when it comes to addressing my concerns or answering questions about my car or even other BMWs that I have considered purchasing.

Professional and courteous as usual... and also pricey, which is why I decided to take my business elsewhere. The discounted oil change was not invoiced correctly, but I got that changed. I guess my car was parked under a particularly nasty tree at the lot because the newly washed car I brought in was filthy when I picked it up. (I did hope for the usual car wash as I paid for an oil change and some diagnostic work, but hey, I'll live.)

Expensive but excellent service. New tires, plugs, tuneup, oil change. They even cleaned the inside of my rims and when they washed my car they also did something to repair some scratches in my leather seat and looks like new. Car runs better than when I first got it.

The whole experience was seamless thanks to my service adviser of 16 years, Scott Liedtke. My car was ready by 1pm and they had a Lyft driver to bring me to the dealership. Charles B is great. Service was fine. They fixed what i needed. However. After performing and inspection and fixing the problems. The failed to reset my service timer, which would seem to be standard operating procedure. Pretty annoying. Now I have to make another appointment to get it done.

They helped with the flat tire, nothing extraordinary. Knowing they did an inspection of the entire vehicle, I would have expected they checked tire pressure. Coming out of the dealership, I checked it and found it needed to be adjusted in all 4 tires.

Professional. Initially, I was told that they would provide shuttle service after dropping off my car. That's perfectly fine with me. But when they realized my replacement tire hasn't been delivered yet, they quickly let me know and offered me a loaner. Grateful that they did because it took another two days to get my tire delivered.
