Called nissan once and they laughed when I asked them if they would work on my 90s model 300zx. Not an issue at BMW. Jesse always has mechanic that is knowledgeable and capable, no matter the make or model. Will be bringing same car in for transmission work in the future, and wouldnt think of taking it anywhere else.

$2500+ for a valve cover gasket? I have a Fidelity Platinum warranty and it covered the work, but the service department said they don't make enough money at 'list price' and charged and extra $180 on top of my $250 deductible. I really liked their service on our 2021 X5 previously, but this has ended my relationship with BMW Tuscaloosa.
