Automotive Experts is the only shop I'll go to for vehicle servicing because they are honest shop, have the latest updates and repair shop techniques, the mechanics are knowledgeable and constantly going to classes for the newest upgrades in vehicle manufacturer and repair I recently replaced my transmission at a better cost anywhere and efficiently.

There was nothing I didn't like. They kept me informed on how long service was taking. Explained details of what needs to be fixed and what could wait. Explained Koalifi thoroughly. Very nice! I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman.

Every time they get my car, it's always a new expensive issue with my car that I didn't have. The only issue I had was a water pump and now several. Dodgeland stated I needed brakes and a valve cover gasket in which I took cared of before they even worked on my car.

They are awesome. I bought my car from automotive experts almost 4yrs ago and just recently I had to get a few things repaired. They fix me up really quickly and I had my car back within a week. But most of all they was very informative and detail on the issues they found.

I came to Automotive Experts after I was told that my vehicle would need a catalytic converter and not a service to my vehicle that had a warranted part that I apparently paid for previously. I was lied to. I find that each team member exemplifies integrity and a care for their customer they indirectly and directly come into contact with. I've found my service connecting team. The staff at Automotive Experts are always very professional, respectable and understanding of your automotive issues. I brought in a 15 year old truck needing a lot of work done. After the work was completed the truck drives and stops almost as good as a new one, very pleased with the work and cost of the work done.

Very professional staff, great service. My vehicle was in and out in about 24 hours which was great considering it was dropped off late in the afternoon. The cost of the repair was less than expected which was fantastic as it was a considerable amount. My vehicle is running great and I feel like I received a great deal as well. I left my car with them for a week and they never even looked at it!!! During that week I received no phone calls or updates and when I would call them, they kept promising to get right on it (which they never did). Finally, after a week, I got fed up and told them that I was coming to pick my car up. The guy then preceded to tell me that they would "ONLY" charge me for 2 hours of a diagnostic test! They did absolutely nothing to my car and had the nerve to charge a fee!!! I can say, that after arriving and speaking with the manager, we both agreed that there should be no charge. Automotive Experts came highly recommended, so I was really surprised by their inaction regarding my car! I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK TO THIS SHOP!!!! So if you are looking for someone to fix your car right and in a timely manner, I suggest lookong elsewhere!!
