They did not service my car. What a terrible place. If I could give them zero star I would. They kept my car for 2 days, I requested a loaner since I live far from the dealership they never gave it to me. The guy was rude and obnoxious. After 2 days I came to pick up my car and wasn't ready. They never apologized. I would never go back there.

People were great to deal with when dropping off and picking up. They did a thorough inspection of my car and let me know that me new rear tires would need replacement soon. Apparently, this is a common problem of the GLE 450 where rear tires wear out quickly due to toe and camber of the tires.

I asked for a diagnosis and nothing more. They provided a detailed diagnosis and repair estimate. My directions were followed exactly because there is a tendency to find other items to work on besides the issue I was having. I paid $200 for the diagnosis.

They seemed very nice. After receiving my 10% down and after I made travel plans to fly to Lexington and drive the car home they sold the car to somebody else. Instead of doing the right thing and telling the second car buyer the car had already been sold they called me and offered me other cars.

Service A. Received a call that I needed a cabin filter. They ended up changing 3 filters. After my experience the next day with a 2014 I have my doubts that I really needed these filters. Car is still under warranty until August so I will use this dealer until then.

so far I have had very good experiences at this dealership. getting a bulb changed in the dead of winter wasn;t something I was personally going to attempt, so I brought it there, and got the car washed without even asking, so, BONUS ! also the bulb I needed was actually much cheaper than what I was originally quoted, so, thanks guys !

Cindy and company did a great job of value added service to my car. It has been in two times to buff out the wax swirls on the hood, side and trunk. Each time I was greeted with smiles and attention to my car issue. Unfortunately it has not been fixed. I believe I bought a lemon from Autohause. However, the service folks have bent over backwards to try and rectify the situation. Mike McGill

I had no appointment but they took my car in for service without any hesitations. They even gave me a loaner car free of charge for the whole day. They replaced my battery and washed my car free of charge. I would highly recommend this dealership. Their road side assistance program is fantastic!
