Got mixed message. The video the tec made while inspecting the truck said my cabin filter and engine air filter were fine. When I picked up the truck they charged me to replace both filters. I pointed that out to the service rep at checkout and he removed those charges from the bill. I am happy with the overall service. Keep an eye on the bill.

I have a deal pending on this vehicle. Auto Nation is a big dealership. Their prices are set about right, but they have the no haggle policy so they are going to try and get your money and they still play the dealership game of keeping a person waiting forever.

Although the service attendant was overwhelmed with paper work to settle my bill; the wait was unreal for just purchasing a set of windshield wipers. What made it worse when she asked me to step aside to assist another client that just had arrived to see if his vehicle was ready, and extending tremendously the wait time. Again, I was just purchasing a set of wipers.

The customer service person made me feel unwelcome. She would ask a question and never look up from her screen. I would ask a question and didnt know if I was going to get an answer. Never got updated during the process. I had to ask if my truck was done before they brought it to me. Not a good way to spend s Saturday morning. The wait is horrible even if you have an appointment and with just a minor issue like dash camera adhesive not working. Took them more than 2 hours to let me know that I have to come back. Told them about my recall and it wasn't cleared either.
