I went for Diagnosis Problem was not solved what they said wrong with the car, didn't fix the problem flush transmission fluid $650,so sad I can't get refund, and here they come with excuses saying I need to get new transmission cost $4000 while car riding

Went in for IMA Battery problem. Was expecting a quote. Instead received a quote that included air filter, cabin filter. Oil change, battery, air conditioner coolant, timing belt, in addition to a list of other things. A month earlier I had those things taken care of. Please stop this practice. It erodes trust. They do good work otherwise.
