My battery died on me Saturday afternoon, after looking on Google and seeing AutoNation Ford was open till 4:30. I called to see if they could squeeze me in to replace it. The service advisor was very friendly and got me in shortly before closing, definitely went above and beyond.

They charged $179 to say it's misfiring. I know, thats why I brought it in. If I wanted someone to plug it into a computer, I would have taken it to Autozone. I needed actual diagnosis and a plan for a fix. Instead, I got what I could have received for free from a google search. Since there's no engine code, I just have to try a tune up and cross my fingers. I won't be going there, though.

Good communication, Disappointed that Ford can't read the codes remotely yet. At least without 100 dollar fee. Further if the customer or Autozone read the codes they still want 100 dollars to order the part.
