Good, friendly people at service desk. online scheduling didn't work (error), but phone call to schedule did. Oil change service and tire rotation took longer than competitors, but they were honest with their service time prediction and delivered it at the time predicted. Pricing (after coupon discount) was fair. I will probably return for next service interval.

Worse service I ever got. I felt like just a number and did not complete check or top fluids like they were suppose to. Plus the advisor never checked my maintenance plan to verify what's covered and assumed things were not covered. I will not gonna k again. I prefer to take my truck to another Ford dealer.

Advisor told me it would be a couple of days before they could look at my car because they didnt have enough mechanics it sat there for four days I went and got it and took it to another dealer and they took it in right away its not the advisors fault

Contacted dealership set up test drive. Drove an hour to get there. Arrived 30 min early at opening. Told me they sold the vehicle before I got there. I know it's businesses, but I wouldn't have gotten out of bed just to drive around for 2 hours.
