My experience with the service advisor was good and professional. Josh kept me updated along every step of the way. The actual parts side was less than ideal. They delayed in looking up parts which made my truck sit in their garage for way longer than it needed to. The first visit I was without a truck for over a week. I was lucky my work could provide me a vehicle but if they couldn't, I would have been without a vehicle for 1+ weeks.

The dealer sales rep ran my credit for a truck I committed to buy, then he sold it to someone who walked in off the street half way through me purchasing it. Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend this dealer ship or any other Autonation dealerships.

It wasn't clear to me that the inspection of the radio issue, and tire pressure sensor would be $199 each. For the TPMS light, the BCM is obsolete but they still did an inspection? Why not warn me that the BCM is obsolete and the inspection isn't going to lead to a repair. Also, I brought my car in because the brakes were squeaking/rubbing loudly and that has not been repaired as I thought it would be. It still needs to be repaired.

Auto Nation is similar to other Ford Dealerships we've visited. Service Advisors do not keep you informed, so you have to reach out to them to find out what is happening with repairs. Sent a text at 1:43pm asking for an update and didn't receive a text back until the following morning at 7am stating our vehicle was ready.
