Worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything. The description was not right, there were a couple of issues with the vehicle that the Service MGR said they couldn't fix, and was even told to go online and find the necessary parts to fix the issues. The finance person was great, however.

Jamie was very nice and I thought he couldve called me more. Then they charged me $50.00. Did not know what that was about. Car was wash and detailed very well. It took 2 weeks and and I had to pay for my own rent car, which cost me a lot of money out of pocket. Car is driving good. Thank you.

Edward (Eddie) the mechanic did an excellent job on the diagnostic of my car. Now my car does not make the annoying rumbling sounds it did before. Peggy also did a great job on helping with analyzing the problem and keeping me updated on the service process and time it would take to fix. I have never been there before, but the young lady whom helped me had great customer service and kept me informed about my car. However my car was hit in the back and had still had paint on my car from where it was hit, someone tried to wipe it off, but I guess because my car was slightly dirty they did not think I would notice. Overall they're customer service was great.

My service advisor was nice and maintained great communication. I got new breaks and an oil change. Im pretty sure I could have done better with the price but didnt have time to price shop. Overall I will definitely come back since I had a pleasant experience and feel I can trust them with my car.

They did warranty service on my Lincoln without any problems! They replaced half shaft, and found my battery to be bad, so it was replaced per warranty!!! I was also given a loaner car which matched the size of my vehicle!!! Paul was great, and kept me updated!

I brought my car in to the dealership for a recall repair, and a full detail. Had to leave the car for the repairs, but I was provided with a loaner vehicle. Service rep advised would take one and a half days to complete. The repair and detail was completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend Auto Nation Ford in Arlington TX.

Considering the circumstances of newer technology meaning electric car. It took two weeks to get the issue identified. Before I left the parking lot I noticed a screw in my tire which they gladly repair the tire. I do believe after keeping someone's vehicle for two weeks and not giving them a loaner. They should at least wash your car.
