The employees don't work together. They don't know what vehicles have been serviced and which ones haven't. They were supposed to come get me when it was done for the recall. I saw my truck and asked them if it was done, "I haven't gotten the keys back" I said how long has it been sitting there, it right in front of you. They told me an hour wait and it extended to 2.5 hours, very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Then, after an extensive wait, was told the vehicle was SOLD A MONTH AGO!!! They need to get more organized and work on processes and procedures.

Arrived 25 min. early for an oil change "appointment". Parked my truck in the express lane. I go in to find out my paid oil changes had expired. Expired?! All said & done it took 3 hrs for an "express" oil change. Horrible service. If you want to wait a half a day for a 10 min service then this is your place.
