They called me back. They were really good about giving me information about the car but fortunately I had already bought one a day before so they missed out but they sound like very good people. Maybe next time that I'm looking for a car or a car from my daughter I might go to Auto World

Lazy front office staff, nice sales guy (only reason for 2 star rating). The boss guy Omar was being rude to staff in front of customers. Made me uncomfortable being rite there to witness it. I was sold a car with a cracked oil pan, a $700 out of pocket fix. There's also a leak in the transmission. I'm guessing another very expensive out of pocket cost. Had they been honest they would have fixed these things before selling the car. Their mechanic should have caught these problems!! Disappointed overall. This place is a waste of time. Crappy place. Go elsewhere!!

Worst mistake of my life. They're scammers! Sold us a timing bomb!
We decided to buy a car, checked the Carfax report (which is also a big fraud since the problems weren't listed and they did basically nothing to solve our problem), and went to see the car. It had a reported MINOR damage on the front. We drove the car around the block and it looked ok. We bought the car. On the way back home, the overheat sign turned on. We thought it was just the lower water in the radiator. We informed then, and they told us to get the car there and the would look at it. There was a problem with the thermostats and they replaced it without our approval and CHARGED US FOR THAT. As if it wasn't enough, only then the mechanic told us that the bearings were in pretty bad chape, and it would be extremely dangerous to drive the car without changing it. So, they either didn't look at the car before putting it to sale, or the sold it knowing that they were putting our lives in danger. And, of corse, they also CHARGED us for that, because when we knew the kind of danger it was to drive a car like this, we just had to fix it. We paid ONE QUARTER of the car price just in damaged things that weren't informed in the first place.
Worst of all. When we bought the car we were with our son, we went home and drove this car without knowing that we were putting our lives, our son life, in danger.
Please, don't go over there! For your own sake, the sake of your family, run from this place! I can't even reporte them on Carfax, they don't allow my review.

Although it was a truck I was looking for the mechanics of the truck were pretty even bad shape all the clutch was worn out radiator was leaking the exhaust pipe is held together with a grip plier and the four bolts on the drive shaft at the rear we're loose also to mention the oil has not been changed and the oil filter I could Twist Off with two fingers but all in all I still bought the truck because I am a technician of over 20 years I can fix everything that's wrong with it
