Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would, horrible customer service, they didnt even TRY to sell me the car, very unpleasant experience. Specially with the part that COVID is going on and there were no social distancing, NOBODY was wearing a mask, the sales associate who i spoke with putted on the mask and proceeded to uncover his nose as soon as he sat down. horrible horrible experience

Valerie, All of our staff members wear masks and practice social distance. We take the health of our employees and the customer very seriously. I understand your frustration and situation in not getting a vehicle. We are in the business of selling cars but we don't have lenders that work with your situation. There is much we can do to help you get finance. Sorry, you feel this way but we did try.

I was contacted and told to bring my car in for evaluation,. I didn't want to travel to them without an estimate on my cars value. So after a few back and forths I was offered to send pictures of my car to get an estimate for trade. I didn't follow thru so I will wait for another opportunity

The sales team did a good job at Auto Show. The reason I didn't buy the car was because there was car and frame damage--although Carfax and AutoCheck BOTH showed no accidents; however AutoCheck did have the frame and damage claim on it. Turns out, yes, it had been hit on the right side.

I received very quick response asking for phone call. I replied that due to recent surgery, I didn't feel like talking on the phone but would appreciate them answering the simple questions I had listed in the original inquiry. I listed them again but never heard back. The car is still listed for sale weeks later.

Emaied dealer and he said car available. I should come by and test drive via email. I live 800 miles from the dealer. He never called me to follow up and never heard from him again. Would expect at least a call rather than email saying come test drive. In any event would not buy car based on dealer reaction, just lost sale.

Charlessa, we received your inquiry on the Sprinter Van which we had available at the time. There was only an email for contact so we sent you multiple emails and never got a response back. The van goes on selling a few days after your first interest. Used vehicles don't stay available for long. There was no false advertising. Our vehicles come off the websites the next day it sells. Also, there are no pre-ordered used cars. We wish we had some type of contact to avoid confusion.
