Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't bring a coupon in for discounted oil change but was still given the special price. I appreciated that. It took about 2 hours including with car wash. I will be back for future service. Mackenzie was very nice to work with.

Liked the way service adivisor & the technical team handled the service and communcation part. The area that needs improvement is the committment on the agreed timelines to complete the service as it took 6:45 Hrs to complete the service while it was initially said to take ~3 Hours. If it's likely to take more time, appreciate the loaner vehicle or drop off facility as it almost took the entire day for me to get back home.

They began working with me on a car. I offered to send a deposit. They were blow to answer question. Ended up they sold the car out from under me even though I began working with them before the person they ultimately sold it to. Thanks for wasting my time.

In addition to 30000 mile service and state inspection, there was a warning light on requiring Audi technicians to check and correct. A very thorough testing was required and it took a few days to complete the task. It was a thorough work but in the end the problem was resolved. I was very pleased with the work and can highly recommend Audi Plano to perform servicing my two Audi cars.

Couple of sensors were not working. When I took my car to get it fixed, I was told it may take a week or two to repair it. As I was going away out of town for six weeks, I left the car with them so that it will be ready on my return. It wasn't ready and finally I got it late on the evening of my return.

Extremely poor dealership, they did not even check the car before they sold it, missing a key and the dash did not work radio didn't even work, so one would have to assume that the dealership in bad. The salesman was nice and friendly and did everything he could, and the F&I lady was great (cash deal)
I would NOT recommend anyone buy anything from this dealership!
