My service appointment was at 10am. I got my Audi there at 10. I took the dealership shuttle to Ala Moana Shopping Center at 1035 , returned at 215 when the car was ready , left at 230 pm . Audi running great , no bill under the warranty and looking good! So I am a very happy customer!

Very friendly staff but service itself takes way too long. Shuttle is not always available and almost always 30 minute wait. Keeping me no thicker of available savings would also be a great service to add on.

The front desk customer service was really great! She returned calls promptly, explained in detail the issue with our car and how it will be repaired. This was our first visit and we were impressed with the whole experience. 5 stars for sure!

This service what I expected to see from Audi. The lounge is very comfortable with a desk and wifi so that I could work while waiting for them to complete work on my car. Service is always pricey as expected as well.

One small recall was not fixed nor disclosed verbally. I did find it on the bill that I would need to schedule in future. They also charge loaner car gas which I told them I would not pay. Shuttle service has no charge.
