Audi Fairfield serviced my car on the day before thanksgiving when a puncture in my tire caused me to suddenly lose tire pressure. They immediately assessed the problem, were able to fix the tire situation, and did a full inspection and complete car wash while my car was there. I was kept informed throughout the process and was able to get my car back that afternoon.

The service is always top notch at Audi. It is more expensive, but generally, only happens once a year, and the quality is always good. I had my previous Audi for 13 years without a single breakdown. I am in my 4th year with my present A6 without any issues. Audis are a pleasure to drive, and very comfortable for my passengers as well.

Fabulous! Rob was amazing! His customer car was above and beyond. I drove in off the street with a system failure. He asked for my keys, handed me loaner keys and said we will take care of it, and he did! Stressful situation turned into gratitude! I have a 13 yr. Old Audi 4 wagon. It is beginning to suffer aches and pains. But as always the service is exceptional. Car is picked up, serviced and returned seamlessly. The service rep is responsive and in constant contact .about the nature and cost of repairs and the time it will take to repair it.
The car always returns cleaned inside and out. I would say Audi service is exceptional.
