(1) Vehicle with low miles (~14k) but out of warranty had a child safety code. Dealer wanted ~$200 to inspect it. (2) despite having paid 5 year service maintenance agreement, tires never rotated (told out of scope), which disappointing but worse, they never asked if I wanted to have them done. Result, front tires need to be replaced but back tires still have life. High-end vehicles should be accompanied by high-end partnerships.

The dealership was very accommodating when I arrived, and confirmed the work I originally requested. During their review of the car, they noticed that I needed additional work done, which they showed me via video. A follow up call was placed to see if I wanted to move forward with the work. All work I requested plus the additional work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I received my car back fully washed and vacuumed inside

No wash even though they said the car got washed. Minor issue but always look forward to that perk. Also service that was recommended was double the price at Audi devon vs a local service place. $1700 vs $850 for front brakes. Also you wouldn't match price on the same tires.
