PissPoor Was told at purchase our car had a tire issue that needed resolved and we could come back anytime to resolve. We came back for this resolution and were charged $39.95 to repair for something that needed resolved at purchase. To make things worse we purchased 1 $5,500 service agreement on top of the normal purchase price.

Arlington falsely advertises their vehicles prices to make them look better than most other vehicles for sale BUT then adds on very high dealer fees and mandatory dealer packages - the cost of the vehicle ends up being at least $3,000 higher than they advertised - it's false advertising. Will never buy from Arlington or have my vehicle serviced there again. Terrible

Came in the with my vehicle silent, no noise. Drove away after service, car making very loud noises. Brought it back to Dealership-Chauncey drove it, heard the noise, figured it out and brought the my vehicle back to me silent without the noise. Was very scary not sure why no else heard that noise?? He was very helpful and I am very grateful for him.

Had a 10:00 appt for just an oil change ( I got there at 9:50). Didn't get out until AFTER 1:30. No tire rotation, they never asked if I had any other concerns with the car, never came to me to say "Hey, your air filter needs to be replaced". Just did the oil change. I asked for a manager twice while in the shop and then left 2 more messages but Joe responded.

Terrible job installing new brakes. Took them all day and they obviously failed to test drive the truck. Sounded like the front brakes were going to fall off when I picked it up. Returned it immediately and they kept it overnight until 3:00 the next day. Unacceptable and disappointing service.

Excellent work. I just didn't like waiting 2 hours for an oil change. I asked them to check shuddering and squeaking, which resulted in a 3-hour wait with an appointment. I was informed that a 2-hour wait for an oil change is standard because of volume. I disagree and say, they need time management. For this reason, I bought a 2025 car from another dealer that only takes 30 minutes for an oil change.

I requested a tire rotation with the oil change and after leaving late, I realized the tires had not been filled as the light was still on.

On the way for test drive wad told I would not be able to see the vehicle that the brakes were acting up so it was in the shop ok well asked to give them a day to fix it called next day to make sure it was fixed a was told they let someone put a deposit on an was sold. When calling to speak to a service manager on several occasions and leaving a voicemail to call me back about this issue, no callback received!
