My first service and it went great. Everyone was so kind and they really keep you informed of what is going on. I forgot my insurance card and registration card at home and I live too far to go back and get it. They helped me get my registration card and even printed it for me. I was worried I was gonna have to reschedule for the 3 time.

My car still is not fixed! When my car kicks into hybrid mode, it just blows cold air! They had my car for almost one month. Now I have doctor appointment after doctor appointment so I can't take the car back right now. I have rain syndrome, which means my hands get cold very quickly, and they hurt! Thanks a lot, Kia! Horrible!

It sucked.. when I try to start up my car had clicking.. they told me it was my battery.. even though the battery was just purchased in May. Gave me a new battery and said I was good to go.. and took my other battery and kept it..a week later had the clicking again. Here it wasn't the battery .. I had a charger plugged in and it was draining my battery. 5 hundred and some dollars later. So mad.. never go there again!

Took only half the time quoted. Very friendly and professional staff, was able to track status of our service over the phone at any time during our visit and the waiting area was clean with WIFI, TV's, vending machines, and finished up with a free car wash and vacuum.

It was painless, I had all kinds of refreshments available to me, watched TV as I waited and was surprised that my first oil change was free! I had my wallet out, ready to pay, but, no! A free oil change these days? And they washed my car. Not too shabby.

They'll try to cheat you, inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Don't trust them at all, make sure you have an extra light source because they'll try to hide scratches and damages from you. Very unethical people work there.
