SEVERAL PEOPLE CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE SOMEONE WAS RESPONDING TO ME THAT WAS A GOOD THING. BUT THE BAD THING TURNED OUT TO BE NO ONE ADDRESSED WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ADDRESSED. NEITHER KEY RE,OTE WORKS PROPERLY AND THE TOOL BOX THAT WAS SUPPOSED T BE CLEANEDWAS NOT NOT COMPLETELY CLEANED. THIS IS MOT THE WAY TO IMPRESS A NEW CUSTOMER

It was fast. I have a hard time believing that an oil change can be so expensive! Why would they require an engine need 8.8 quarts of oil? Not a diesel but small block GM engine.well over a $100 dollars for an oil change. Unbelievable!

I brought my truck in for repairs that should've taken half a day. Instead, it took 2.5 days due to internal issues (computers down, short-staffed). No loaner was offered, no apology was given, and communication was lacking. After dodging my calls, I had to physically go up to the dealership to get the status. They did give a 10% discount, but overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
It is understandable that issues come up internally, however you have to communicate to customers that are out a vehicle for an extended period of time.
