I bought my truck from All Star GMC in 2024, and I've brought it back there for every oil change and tire rotation. They took my GMC reward points but still charged me full price. They rotated my tires without balancing them, the weight fell off, and then they charged me again to fix their own mistake. This feels like a scam and it hurts the good name of GMC. Customers deserve better.

I was not allowed to use my coupon for my oil change because it had expired days before and the next day I received another one in the mail after I was forced to pay full price. The only reason I couldn't get in sooner was because they are only open during my work hours and they did not offer a loaner or a ride while my service was being completed.

I bought new tires in July for my Buick Envision. I was constantly getting air out in my tires. After taking it to the buick dealer they replaced the valve stems on my tires. No more problems.

It was fast. I have a hard time believing that an oil change can be so expensive! Why would they require an engine need 8.8 quarts of oil? Not a diesel but small block GM engine.well over a $100 dollars for an oil change. Unbelievable!
