Making an appointment doesn't mean you will get done any faster. I made an appointment for an oil change, and it still took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Although the 8 point inspection was "free" they charged $35 labor to change the air filter and didn't use the coupon I gave them.

I bought my truck from All Star GMC in 2024, and I've brought it back there for every oil change and tire rotation. They took my GMC reward points but still charged me full price. They rotated my tires without balancing them, the weight fell off, and then they charged me again to fix their own mistake. This feels like a scam and it hurts the good name of GMC. Customers deserve better.
