I went through the express lane for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me it would take about 45 minutes. Three hours later, my car still hadn't moved from the check-in bay. I finally had to ask for my keys back so I could make it to an appointment. The person running the service department acted like it was unreasonable for me to be frustrated about the lack of communication and the endless wait.

Well I took my truck for it regular service.. oil change ..
And they messed up plug on oil pan .so I had to replace the whole oil pan .. and charged me for it..

Upon first arrival, i was greeted by a porter. Their first words were, it's gonna be about an hour or so wait. Further more states that the oil tanks needed to be drained before starting any services. I proceeded to the waiting room, awaiting an adviser about my needs. Adviser never appeared, but I still got the oil changed.

Dealership literally sold a van right out from underneath of me with no phone call from the sales agent I had dealt with for 3 weeks. I was told it was in service, and that I had first dibs at buying the van the day it came out of service they sold it for $600 more than they had offered it to me for. What they say about dealership salesman is true they are all untrustworthy and I would not buy from this dealership

Took vehicle in to get simple oil change. After 2.5 hrs, I was told that filter housing was stripped and that the service tech had to put old filter back on. Never during the wait time was I told to have a look at possible reasons for the filter cross thread.

Service experience was beyond terrible. Was charged $3,500.00 to replace a radiator that should have been warranty. Less than a month later, same problem, but I caught it before it did much damage. Vehicle sat at dealership for 9 weeks with no action, whatsoever. When I'd call, if I actually got to talk to a person, got stonewalled or lied to. Had to get with Lithia corporate to get anything done.

My pre-purchase inspection was so worth it! I learned this little car is a clean car meaning in great mechanical condition. It was well taken care of. This was a very important step, for two reasons. First , so I don't buy a major mechanical issue unknowingly. And 2nd , since I do not have past maintenance records other than what carfax records indicate, upon inquiring into the 'extended warranty' companies, many state they WILL NOT cover repairs without ALL service records. Well I have none. But through my research, I discovered that Mopar has Flexcare for their products and with a thorough vehicle inspection by their dealers, they WILL cover repairs because they know either the car checked clean or you have to get repairs done on what needs it. But then after that there is no waiting period, only a deductible. This has greatly reduced any stress or doubts I had about purchasing this car. I hope this knowledge will help someone else with their purchasing! By the way, I was told all manufacturers warranty their brands as well. Definitely worth checking out!

I recently took my Dodge 1500 in for service and a recall. The service team got me in pretty quickly, and the work was completed in a timely manner. However, when I picked up my truck, I noticed the floor mat was covered in oil. I immediately spoke with Walker from the service departmenthe apologized and had the truck detailed, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the next morning I found a puddle of oil under the truck. It looked like the oil pan plug had been left loose. I called Walker again, and to their credit, they responded quickly. They sent a tow truck, fixed the issue, and returned the truck to my house.
The front service staff handled the situation well and took care of the problem promptly. However, the issue seems to lie with the technician who worked on the truck. Attention to detail is critical, and mistakes like this can be dangerous. I'd recommend the dealership consider reviewing their technician training or staffing.
