Not a long wait, I had asked if they would set my inside lights to come on when the door is opened, and they did, but the back ones didn't turn off, they stayed on. I called and talked to Todd, went back by, he reset the back ones in less than a minute with no waiting.

They made me stand at the desk for about 5 min before anyone greeted me. They then took my keys and said someone would notify me when it was ready. After 5 hrs no one called so I called them and they said it was ready. I have not had any problems with my car so they did a good job.

The service was speedy because I went on a day and time they were not busy. I didn't like the fact that I keep being told things that need repair that do not need repairing. I take my car to a reputable, honest with decent prices, mechanic who owns his own shop. He does all that repair work that Honda says I need for much less or let's me know if I don't need what they are suggesting.

I dropped my car off at 10 am by 2:30pm it still had the same just arrived status on the app. I had to call the maintenance department to find out why nothing had been done to the car that was receiving a major milage service as recommended by the Honda dealer.

They ran a diagnostic test on the car, confirmed that the problem was the battery and replaced it. While I was waiting, they shuttled me to a previously scheduled appointment, and picked me up after it was through. Taking me back to the dealership to pick up my car.

Service was great. Recall problem fixed along with oil change and tire rotation and only there for 2 hours. While I waited for the repairs to be done, sitting area was comfortable and numerous sales people casually walked by and spoke. Service manager came and got me and explained what they did and the paper work was ready. Couldnt ask for better service.
