The intake process did not capture my concerns with the shaking and vibrating of my vehicle and did not repair the issue after charging $1,566.00. And now i a seeking a full refund. Until this issue is resolved, I would be hesitant to recommend. Please hire people who are good listeners.

The service center had been short staffed and they were not able to get to my vehicle. I am still having an electrical problem in addition to the back seat driver side's seat belt doesn't work. My car is under warranty currently and I would like to take care of these little nuances prior to the end of that.

Not a long wait, I had asked if they would set my inside lights to come on when the door is opened, and they did, but the back ones didn't turn off, they stayed on. I called and talked to Todd, went back by, he reset the back ones in less than a minute with no waiting.

They made me stand at the desk for about 5 min before anyone greeted me. They then took my keys and said someone would notify me when it was ready. After 5 hrs no one called so I called them and they said it was ready. I have not had any problems with my car so they did a good job.

The service was speedy because I went on a day and time they were not busy. I didn't like the fact that I keep being told things that need repair that do not need repairing. I take my car to a reputable, honest with decent prices, mechanic who owns his own shop. He does all that repair work that Honda says I need for much less or let's me know if I don't need what they are suggesting.
