They did the basic check up with an oil job and replacement of the oil filter. Had to remind them that is was to be free as it was stated in my paperwork, they were trying to charge me. Don't get too excited excited if you were expecting a phone call back when you leave a message....they never called me back. Needless to say the car got maintained and so far so good.

I had some problems with my car acceleration and not shifting. I am new to the area and had not been to Advantage. I brought my car in without an appointment, they squeezed me into the schedule. Found out the problem right away as a stuck throttle, the clean it up, did an oil change, tire rotation at my request and had my car ready in just a couple of hours. Washed and vacuumed too, I'll be back.

The last two times I've been in for routine car maintenance, the (same) service person has been rather rude. I get it if you don't like your job, but don't take it out on customers. I can just as easily buy my next car elsewhere.

Our service at Nissan Advantage was excellent. The vehicle's services were completed ahead of schedule, and one service we requested was not needed. We appreciated the honesty and the service not being performed anyway to make more money.

Everyone at Advantage Nissan do such great work. Jon was running the place alone as a result of personal problems his coworkers had. What a great employee to have. Holding down the fort in others absence. When I called to get my truck in, he still let me know I can bring it in to get serviced even though he knew he was alone. Wowamazing work Jon. Service check-in went smoothly. I was told it would be and hour and a half waiting time. Suggestions were made for upcoming issues with the option of dealing with them then or waiting until next service. Car was ready on time. Very pleasant to deal with them.
