Not my normal location for service, but i was travelling and needed my A1 service done. Got me in 3 hours earlier than my appointment time, washed the car, and reminded me of recall my primary dealership neglected to schedule. Kenny was fantastic. Thank you Acura of the Desert.

MDX was serviced regarding a cam bearing recall and the staff and service was very good. They arranged a loaner vehicle for me and when my vehicle was ready, I was able to take the loaner right to the service center.

The service manager ordered a part to repair the heating element on the drivers seat. My car was kept overnight. The next day I received a call that the wrong part was delivered and they needed to keep my car over the weekend. I was not able to do that because of a planned trip. This dealership also had issues with their phones preventing reaching the manager or leaving a voicemail.

Called the dealer to request a window that had fallen down in the back passenger side they have me bring the car in checked and found out it was a window motor and cable ordered it within 2 days and had it replaced the service was great the service manager handle everything and was very courteous under all the circumstances of not having enough help because of the bad flu season I would definitely recommend the dealership
