Dennis and the tech team are super busy so, I was happy to be scheduled in so fast nevertheless, they are worth the wait and they all greet me on a first name basis. I just had to go back and have them reset the service reminder. Other than that, so far so good. Additionally, their rates are reasonable for Hawaii whereas some service centers here just look for ways to break your bank.

Service never performed! Car was delivered 10/30/2020. Inside had dirt, cockroaches, ants, and oil/grease on seats. Engine covered with dirt and grime. Exterior had undisclosed body damage and interior had undisclosed upholstery rips and tears. Rear brakes failed safety inspection! Never trust that the "vehicle is in great shape"!

This dealership is ridiculous. They put a lift kit and new tires on their vehicles and then charge $15K above MSRP. And that price never includes a warranty. They are ripping people off. I hope people do their research before buying from them. It's cheaper to buy a vehicle from the mainland and pay for shipping than it is to buy from them. I would never recommend this shady dealership.

Customer service here was not professional at all. They didnt care about helping you out or even giving you advice. They dont shake your hand when you walk into the dealership as a professional should. There is a guy who doesnt seem to care for his customers and just wants the money. They have nice vehicles but customers service is off by a long shot.

Dont go there. For practical reasons, I decided not to buy a car. Id put down a partial payment, then backed away from decision, asked for money back. They wont give me my money back until the boss man, the final decision maker, the god of AutoSource gives the okay. Hes dodged my three attempts at a meeting. I finally said I dont even want to meet Mr. Boss just leave my money & check at counter Ill pick it up and be gone! Nothing!!! I need my money back. Practical reason - to pay bills. Thieves.
