They didn't get me in the car I wanted and tried to get me something I didn't want. All yall had to do was lower the price on the vehicle I wanted , I was coming with a big down payment. But you just lost a customer I will take my business and money somewhere else. And they said they would follow up with me to let me know if they will get the car I wanted at the price I was approved for; never heard back from anyone. Bad for Business.

We looked at a 2017 MB GLC 300. The car had leaves in the engine compartment and the salesperson Rosa spent her time picking the leaves out and said the car had been parked under a tree. The vehicle had not been serviced and the engine had a ticking sound. I would not drive the car because of the condition.

ALM is about 2 hours from my house, but it was worth it. The vehicle needed some cleaning up before I picked it up, and Vanessa made sure the ALM team did a super job, both exterior and interior. I was very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I found a car I truly liked, and the listed price seemed fair. But when it came time to sign, they added over $7,000 in extra charges including excessive dealer fees, unwanted add-ons, and surprise costs that were never mentioned upfront. This dramatically changed the total price and made the deal completely unreasonable. It felt dishonest and manipulative. I chose to walk away because I believe customers deserve transparency and respect, especially when making such a big purchase. My goal was to buy the car in full with cash, without financing. I do not recommend this dealership unless you're ready for hidden fees and pressure tactics. Be careful and ask for a full breakdown before agreeing to anything
