They are straight forward with their vehicles, up front about their prices and don't pressure you into purchasing a vehicle. We ended up finding a vehicle at a different dealership but due to the courteousness I would recommend this place if you are browsing for used vehicles.

405 motors was suppose to service the truck because the check engine light was on. 405 Motors did not write anything in the service description. I bought the truck from them 24 days ago, less than 1,000 miles ago. The truck is still covered under the 30 day warranty.

No high-pressure salesperson. Browse the cars without someone following you around. Staff answered questions and were easy to work with. Prices seemed fair enough. No problem taking a test drive and having a vehicle inspection alone. No lot person riding along. I've been a mechanic for decades, but if you're looking at buying a used car, even if you think you know what you're looking at, spend the money on a pre purchase inspection by a third party, just in case. I did. This dealer recommends it, and its good insurance against possible future problems.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. Horrible experience working with the service department. Took care in on a Saturday. Was told it is ready for pick up Saturday night. Picked it up Sunday, was charged over $300 for diagnostics, was told the heater was fixed. It is not. The back up sensor was removed. We were told we need to schedule another appointment to get the work we already paid for completed. Then when we called to get an appointment they told us they would need the car for 2 days and they don't do body work on weekends. We can't leave our car for 2 days during the week. No one explained to us we would be paying anything. They told us if we take it somewhere else we would have to pay $100 deductible. Then we agreed to pay, we assumed the work had been done. Just awful, guys. All around

They told me that I had bad credit and then told me that they could only get me bought if I put 30% down and only through Exeter financial. You know the Exeter financial that was in trouble with the law on many occasions for committing fraud against innocent people. I went to a Ford dealership and bought a 2024 Ford transit with zero down and got tier one financing on a brand new car because I have excellent credit. I don't recommend buying from 405
