They are straight forward with their vehicles, up front about their prices and don't pressure you into purchasing a vehicle. We ended up finding a vehicle at a different dealership but due to the courteousness I would recommend this place if you are browsing for used vehicles.

The truck was sold. I was not contacted in time. It was the same truck I was looking at for several weeks, due to the Virus couldn't go there to look at it. She said I could have bought it sight unseen online and they would delilver!!!!! this was AFTER she sold it out from under me!

405 motors was suppose to service the truck because the check engine light was on. 405 Motors did not write anything in the service description. I bought the truck from them 24 days ago, less than 1,000 miles ago. The truck is still covered under the 30 day warranty.

They told me that I had bad credit and then told me that they could only get me bought if I put 30% down and only through Exeter financial. You know the Exeter financial that was in trouble with the law on many occasions for committing fraud against innocent people. I went to a Ford dealership and bought a 2024 Ford transit with zero down and got tier one financing on a brand new car because I have excellent credit. I don't recommend buying from 405
