Service writer was great, but repair was unable to be completed as the technician was unable to locate the A/C refrigerant leak. Unfortunately, that means I paid the diagnostic charge with no resolution and the promise that when all of the A/C refrigerant leaks out again, I will not have to pay for another diagnostic charge...hope folks have long memories.
