The people there are so nice and knowledgeable and they truly want to fix your car. I have a money pit that they are constantly trying to make sure it works but there is no hope for it but I do appreciate that they don't want to give me back my car not running right

First time here, the facility is well-maintained, and Kevin and Anthony, service desk personnel, were professional and polite. I took my car there for a diagnostic test. They quoted me over $3,000. for a fuel pump and other things. I took it to my regular mechanic and turns out I needed a fuel filter change and tune up. He charged me $250.00. I tried giving them one star, but this tread wont let me select the one star.

My stepdaughter took her car in for a state inspection and they performed a whole car inspection without her consent. It took 1.5 hours and was a waste of time. You should really ask the customer for consent before you spend 3 times more time than required for a normal state inspection. As a man, I've never had an inspection station do anything more than inspect my vehicle. This makes me wonder if they saw a young woman and expected her to blindly accept the unnecessary services they recommended (approximately $2000 worth of services). All of these services had already been accomplished on the car. Terrible customer service and very suspect behavior towards a young woman driver. I will never take any vehicle back to this location and do not trust them at all. Would rate them 0 out of 5 if I could.
