Very responsive. Unfortunately despite numerous conversations and emails confirming my appt and assuring me the car was reserved and would be available,the car was sold to someone else. Very disappointing. Would not do business with this dealership. No integrity.

So disappointed. Brought my car in for a definitive diagnosis of an issue. The car was inspected and was told that my issue is "probably" XX, but they're not fully sure. Why bring my car to an authorized dealer if you can't tell me what is the definitive issue with the car? Why recommend a part if you're not sure it will fix the issue? Totally unacceptable, uncaring, and unprofessional.

Had a problem with my car starting. Hector determined that the issue was due to need for new car battery and needing new battery in the key fob. I was uncertain what the problem might be and worried about the cost. So relieved that they figured out that it was just the batteries. Also, I felt listened to when I was describing my experience. That means a lot to me!!

Provided information not related to check engine computer light issue. Offered to do $2500 of repairs to include new tires with 50 percent life left. Contacted Honda service 800 number and they recommended going to Tysons Honda which have so found a solution for $27.

After they destroyed my engine doing a rush job they replaced it with another used engine. Although it was their fault they didn't charge me but I still had to go through the inconvenience of not having my own car for two weeks. I'm never going back to them for service again.

Tech and Service Advisor told me I needed a transmission service because I was over 30,000 miles. I had the service performed at the same dealership at 29,000 miles a few months ago. I am going to assume it was an oversight or accident but the level of trust was dropped a notch.

It was very difficult getting thru to the service department via the phone. It would ring for that Dept a handful of times and if no one picked up the system would kick me back to the main menu over and over. The service at the dealership however was excellent! They just need to do a lot better getting a human to answer the phone in a timely manner.
