I am sorry I like and respect the people at Shirlie Slack Mitsubishi. I have bought 2 cars and in process of buying a used car and one more new car. Sal is my go to Sales Person for Purchasing. A Private e-mail was sent and never responded too. A call was made to me and I missed it so no issues were discussed. The issue with my Vehicle I initially came in for was diagnosed and fixed unfortunately thru another Party.

They submitted the wrong odometer reading for our vechicle. We went there for our 40,000 oil change with 40,105 mi on our odometer. However, they submitted that we had 54,397 mi at the time of service. I tried calling and correcting it, but they have not.

I went to test drive a car. That being said, I loved the car, but kept feeling like something was off. Shirlie slack immediately pulled the car into their shop for a look. Come to find out the car had a flat. They put a new tire on, checked out the rest of the car and had everything 100% in no time.

The salesman was really good. There were things that had to be fixed. They should have taken it to a Lexus dealer. They tried to fixed it themselves. Because of that, I have already put out another 2,000 with more to come for the things they should have fixed.

Apparently pre delivery inspection does not include Cabin air filter or Air element filter. Car is immaculate but, for the non DIYer, this should have been addressed and checked, that cabin filter was FILTHY. Salesmen were great. Inspection team, slacking....

Took a weekend off to make a trip up there. I work seven days per week and live a couple of hours away. I think Salesman wanted off, so he told me on Friday, the car was sold, would be delivered on Saturday. I believe he didnt want me to come in on his day off and buy from another Salesperson. I told my wife the car would be available again Monday and it was. The car has been on two Dealer lots about 10 months.

They took care of it within a reasonable time. I had a cigarette smell in my car and thought I had to change the filter but they had replaced that part not too long ago so they sprayed something to get the smell out and now it doesnt have that terrible smell anymore :)
