The service manager took personal interest in solving the vehicle problem and didn't simply treat the "symptom". He made sure I - a senior citizen - was able to have transportation to and from the retirement community where I live. His (and the dealership's) customer care is superb. It was consistent with my experiences over the past 30+ years even as the staff has turned over.

The service that I had on my Rav4 thua time I'm not happy because the service advisor is not helping me at all he at like he don't care. I put my car for oil change I have to wait more then 3 hours the car sitting out side. no body informe me thet car is redy I have to go and ask them so I don't like the service I had this time.

Had to wait about 45 minutes, with an appointment, to get air in my tires. They recorded the wrong mileage on the work order. Have texted them 3 times to get that fixed but it still is in their data base as 126,423 miles whereas the correct number is 4,603. Service Manager, please help!

I had a very bad service experience. I had to get my FOBs remade from scratch (I lost the other two), and Toyota service charged me $925.00. I then found a locksmith who would have charged me $350 for the first FOB, and then another $200 for the second. So in short I feel like I was PRICE GOUGED!!! I expect more from Toyota service, and did not get it.

Service was completed promptly. My questions were answered informatively & options presented. Staff were (as usual) courteous, professional, and helpful. I have been bringing my Prius here for regular service since we bought the car almost 10 years ago, because it is generally quite satisfactory & pleasant. On the rare occasion there is something not up to their usual level of service, they listen to feedback & try to make it right.

Service took significantly longer than what Service Dept initially told me. There was some reason for delay but of course I had no idea what they were talking about. I was offered a loaner, but that was just a waste of time. It took a long time after the projected finish time. Past service has always been good.
