We received immediate attention to correct a problem with our brakes. Our service & the people who we were in contact with were courteous & friendly especially the van driver. The service was done on Saturday & enabled us to return home as planned.

Very bad customer service. Stuffs are very rude and always angry. You would barely see any of them are smiling and gets angry if you ask them anything out of scripts. Very unprofessional stuffs.

The advisors are pretty negligent or absent minded. They left my car lights on, door open and let it sit for an hour. Then it was jump started to get its service. It doesn't seems nice to not treat the customers cars with respect.

Mr Randy took care of me soon as I arrived with a smile. After an hour he explained to me other maintenance work that needed to be done but he said they are not a safety issue but have to be done as part of the regular maintenance. After the service is completed he explained the need to be done next time.

After a routine oil change & tire rotation, I noticed a lot of vibration through the steering wheel on smooth pavement at highway speeds. I had been told the tires werent out of alignment, so I went back to dealership for diagnosis. It turned out that the tires simply needed to be rebalanced. The problem was fixed in less than an hour & I wasnt charged for the service - no hassles, no questions asked.

I ran late for my scheduled maintenance service request. Called the service center to let them know and if I could keep my appointment. Bob Arrington kept my appointment, and I was able to get my car in for service eventhough I was 30 minutes late! Got me back on the road again!

Amazing experience from the first contact. Easy to make an appointment, professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable customer lounge. The car was fixed faster than estimated. They provided shuttle service both ways - both drivers were polite and helpful. I will definitely go back, many thanks to all!

one of my vehicle tire keep losing air to almost flat one morning. I went to gas station to put air and realized it had lost a lot of air. I went to Bill Page Honda immediately to have it checked. I got it fix and didn't pay anything. One of the advisor by name of Tommy helped me. He was very helpful.

Always feels like theyre up charging and trying to scam you. Went in for an oil change and state inspection but instead got recommended $1000 worth of repairs. They dont give you honest suggestions based on your cars history because they dont look at your cars history. Instead they try to pile on as many recommended repairs (ie transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, etc). Total wait time was around 4 hours. Not going back, avoid.

Robert and his staff provided great customer service. My car needed an oil change and he got me in and also provided inspection for items that I should address. Provided a list of items and associated costs both soft and hard copies. Also had a complementary car wash. I lookward to bring my car in for any future work!

Recent service at Bill Page Honda was excellent. Not only did I take my car there for State Inspection but to check TPMS system that kept coming on and I know tires are fine. Honda cleared the issue and it's all good. I didn't have this issue until I took my car to Radley Acura for service, just saying.

Katie provided amazing service. I give 4/5 stars instead of 5 because of my interaction with another service rep. The person initially told me that there wasn't a recall on my Honda 2021 recall on the day I dropped my car off, and asked me where I got that information. I'm surprised it didn't show up in the computer system immediately.

If I ever have an issue with a repair, theyve addressed my concerns promptly & at no extra cost. If you have a Honda but aren't sure who to trust with maintenance and repairs, I recommend checking out the Service Dept at Bill Page Honda.

I took my car in to have the fuel pump replaced due to a recall and my car was returned with a delayed start when I push my start button. I called my Honda dealership about this shortly after picking my car up and they said the earliest they can look at it is in a week. My frustration is that it was returned to me with a problem that wasn't originally there when I brought it in.
