This could have been a poor rating; however, my service advisor Samuel was alert and caught that a engine filter change I had paid for was not done. He replaced it on the spot as I was about to drive away. He also noticed my washer fluid wasn't topped off, and took care of that a well.

Gavin greeted me and walked me through the process superbly. He took great care of me while my car was being serviced and got me a ride to Costco and back. After the car was serviced he followed up with some recommendations that had been found.which were taken care of expeditiously. It was a great experience.

Had my regular maintenance done while I waited. They do an automatic alignment check as you drive in, which is cool. They gave me the tread depth reading on the tires so I can plan my next tire replacement and I've done my research and know the tires I'll buy in the fall.

My experience was truly exceptional. I have been coming to Young Subaru for more than 8 years to service my Subie's and have always been met with a friendly smile and fantastic customer service. They have always been respectful and sensitive to my needs and opinion. When you go there ask for "Parker" he is simply the best!

I kind of have to assume that everything went well. It's not like you get to supervise what they do with your car. Things seems fine. It did take all day and I am glad I left the vehicle there. Staff are very friendly and helpful. From phone, to intake, to the shuttle driver - lovely. The only downside it that it is ridiculously expensive. This service costed over twice what I had been expecting based on fees elsewhere.

They were training a new service advisor so there was some initial confusion around some of the service requests that I had. Other than that the service was done promptly and professionally. I really like the video that is sent to me after the service high lighting the checks and the multipoint inspection.

The actual oil change and filter check was done within an hour. The inspection video was clearly stated for the first time, but there was no communication between the person doing the inspection and the person checking me in so I had to call Subaru to find out what needed to be done with the strut that was mentioned.

Drove into service bay and was told to wait one minute. A service person helped me fill out form for oil change and tire rotation. I sat down in the waiting room for 40 minutes and was told my car was ready. Completed the paper work and was shown to my car. The people there were courteous.

Went in for emissions check and registration. Was checked in quickly. Person helping me was very efficient and friendly. Service video didn't show much and the person creating it spoke too quickly so understanding the video was hard. Original person took me to office for registration and then showed me where my car was parked. All was done quickly and easily.
