Really liked their on-line appointment capability. My service Tech was set to go when I arrived, and the shuttle was ready to go as soon as I was ready. I also really appreciate their, "Progress Videos", that they send to my phone as they complete the work and the inspections of my vehicle.

The service advisor said that the tech could not remove the lug nuts on my truck to rotate the tires because they were on to tight. Ken Garff is the only one to ever service this vehicle therefore they were the ones who over tighten the lug nuts. They could have made a better effort of getting them off like using a breakfree/WD-40 type lubricant. Effort is the answer!!

I wish it was done faster but the ppl were very kind and was a super busy day so I cant blame them :) they even took the time to notice a stripped wheel stud and lug so they replaced it as well so im grateful they didnt just full send it back on there haha

I noticed some scratches on my fender after my oil change. I'm not sure if it was from a pen in pocket or buttons on his shirt. They should consider using fender covers when leaning against a vehicle.

We took our Rogue in to respond to the saltwater recall. Waltzed through the service writer's desk and straight to the waiting lounge. The Maintenace bays were busy with a line for the final plus, the car wash. Still, we were back on the road before the hour chimed. Ken Garff Nissan handles all our Nissan work with no complaints on either side of the counter.

I was able to make my appointment online for later in the day, and they got me right in. They send you texts with videos while you wait, that feature the mechanic narrating what he is doing and seeing on your vehicle while he completes the service. Service was quick, and they took the time to explain their findings.

The people were nice, but in classic car form they tried to get me to do things that were not recommended by the manufacturer for maintenance. The original quote was about $800, but after I checked the specs, the bill came down to about $200. Carfax automatically added a cabin air filter replacement, but my car doesnt have one. Basically, they did a multi point inspection, replaced the engine air filter, and did the alignment.
