I had an appointment and yet they still took nearly 2 hours to do a lube/oil/filter and rotate tires. The only reason I went there is because I recently bought my car and they sell you a package for oil changes so the first three don't cost any money out of pocket down the road. I hope the other two oil changes that I have don't take so long!

I was pleased with the repair of my car, and it was completed a day earlier then expected. Dave was the employee who gave the estimate repair and communicated with me throughout the process. We did have one minor miscommunication but he was gracious and he demonstrates expertise in his work. I was a little surprised at the reception I received the three times that I went into the body shop office. The vibe of the office is pre-occupied and somewhat lethargic. The greeting was polite, functional, and brief. I guess I was expecting attentive and friendly. I phoned on the day I went to pick up my car, to verify the text message, and found the main entrance to be blocked by a fenced off construction area. I walked around the side of the building and found a locked door so I called again to find out how to get into the building. I was surprised that the information about the alternate entrance was not given over the phone or indicated by a sign. I arrived at their office at 11am. Even though it was the first day of the construction, I wasn't there first thing in the morning. Again, I am pleased with the work done on my car but the interactions in the office could have been a bit more customer friendly.
