I was told I had an bad oil leak discovered by technician while performing an oil change, after further review the car does not have a leak. The car engine is full oil on top apparently the technician spilled oil all over it when doing the oil change now my car smells like burnt oil when driven.

They did not rotate my tires. Same tire with screw was still in the same location. Had to take it to another location to get repaired a month later.

Jordan Motorcars lies and cheats their customers. My car was in the shop from April through October of this year due to a trashcan flying into my car from another car hitting it. The computer module went out and I had to wait for the chip to come from overseas - understandable. My insurance paid for the first month and I was told the car was ready to pick up. When I picked it up, the only thing they had done was repair the bumper. They never even tried to repair the computer module although I told them what was wrong with the car. What was awful was that Jordan Ford told me they'd pay for a rental car while I was waiting for my car to be repaired then refused to pay for it after I had it for over a month! They charged me for the Hertz rental car even though their representative had sent me to Hertz pick up the car himself. Long story short, I paid over $2,000 for a rental car that I was promised would be paid for by Jordan Ford and I will now be seeking legal recourse. DON'T take your car here if you want honest repairmen.
