After having the car serviced l was stranded at a business due to battery problems because the battery had not been checked by technicians when the auto was being serviced four days prior at Cavender Toyota. My first and probably last visit with Cavender. I am 85 and being stranded with car problems is unacceptable.

Service was great. I really liked the inspection video performed by the technician, explaining all the aspects of the vehicle, what was good and what needed attention. My service advisor Gene kept me informed via text messages of the status of the service and approximate time for completion.

I took my 2020 Toyota Rav4 because there was a light that said engine maintenance require. the technician said the car needed The coolant bypass valve replaced so Mr Williams help me get a loan to paid for the valve and it was replaced. I am so happy No light is on!!!!! Thank you Mr Williams and technician for fixing my car!!!!!

Irvin was very courteous and professional and listened closely to my requests. He ensured that my maintenance booklet was stamped with the official Toyota service mark once work was complete. Even though I request this every time I visit the dealership, it is not often fulfilled.

The service was good and quick. However when I picked my truck up and drive away I realized my instrument panel on the Dash was reset? There was no rain to do this. Also I now can no longer adjust or turn on dash lights and sensitivity for crash controls is too sensitive with beeps and warnings coming on too early...

I give credit for excellent service to the assistant manager, Austin Munn. He explained to me in plain language why I needed the repairs and checked my car service history to explain which services needed to be done now and which were not quite due yet. Hopefully he will continue working there for my next service appointment.

Poor communication between services advisor and customer. (Me). Way to much lag time between end of services and when your handed your vehicle keys to leave. Consecutively I've waited at least 30 min. for my keys. I've had to complain to the cashier. Ridiculous to have to wait unnecessarily

My only complaint is that I was charged for a part that I had replaced with after market (fuel cap) which did not work properly. I kept the factory part and told service tech where it was in vehicle. I saw a charge for a new cap @ check-out. Service tech found the original part, but put kn a new one anyway. I refused to accept the part & had original part put on.

The experience at Cavender Toyota was great! Had some major engine and suspension issues with my Tacoma. Charisse was our advisor and explained the process and time frame in an easy to understand way, also assisted with getting a rental with the duration and kept me posted during the repairs. If I ever had another issue with a vehicle I am bringing it to Cavender with Charisse. Great advisor, she deserves a raise!

Horrible. 3 hour wait for a scheduled oil change. Once car was ready paid for and paperwork up front, I waited and watched for 15 minutes while 3 employees stood at my car and played on their cell phones instead of coming to tell me my car was ready.

My experience this visit was absolutely impeccable compared to last visit. I was informed of time, expense, and work needed. The communication was above and beyond. Though I didn't enjoy paying the bill. I drove off with confidendance. My vehicle runs like new, so it was money well spent. My first visit was due to a grinding noise under the truck. Video of inspection was emailed and nothing was found. A week later the same grinding noise, took in the truck again the dealership had it for 2 days and still nothing found. Service was adequate but unfortunately.. even with a video recording I provided the mechanics couldn't figure it out .

Basically, overall service was very good. However, hard sell by service agent for an alignment is suspect. I am going to check with my regular mechanic to see if it was really needed. Free oil change, free tire rotation, but you better have an alignment for $125.

I asked for a price quote to get my other vehicle's oil changed which is not a Toyota and they never gave me an answer even though they do service other makes and models. I don't understand why they didn't want more of my business where they would have actually made money but so be it.
