Took it in twice within two weeks for brake light malfunctions. They half-heartedly followed my instructions. Because we all know the "Old man" can't possibly know what is wrong. $500 later and another 4 days. The problem came back. Using the same TSB, I gave the service writer, from GM. I followed directions to the letter and corrected the problem. It took all of 15 minutes. I do not think I will use this dealer in the future.

Had leveling kit installed by Chevy dealer before taking delivery of brand new trailboss. Autonation said they wouldn't work on it to find a slight vibration bc of this work. Truck had 3k miles. Chevy and affiliates are garbage now. I heard bad stuff about Chevy customer service and turns out it's all true unfortunately. No wonder a lot of Chevy guys are going to dodge.

Helped me find the vechile of my choice but after car was sold response time for questions and maintenance concerns was replied to at their leisure. The manager of the preowned department was contacted and did a great job in taking care of the situation and responding with information on the time frame my vehicle would be ready after maintenance issues were corrected. I would recommend doing business with this dealership.
