A few hours later they called me informing me they didn't have the parts and I have to wait til they received the parts. Everything went well, I had a tail shaft leak on the transmission, that was repaired, also had the transmission serviced, as well as the rear differential, the seal was due to age, and so was the the other service, the truck is 21 years old. appointment was made for 8/3 and picked up on 8/4, so far no issues, my service advisor Mike was easy to work with.
