Mike, Service Advisor was awesome. The video we received from Michael, Service Technician was super thorough. Our son was only home for the holiday weekend from college and they prioritized getting his car fixed so it would be safe. In a day when good customer service is nearly impossible to find. Mike and Michael are settling Autonation Honda Lewisville apart from the competition.

Not so good. Had my car there 8.15am on appointment for oil change and it was abandoned till 10.45am when I came back. After I came back, they started working on it, which took another 2hrs till 1.15pm to 1.30 thats when I left. Not sure why I was treated that way. And it wasnt possible to reach the service manager. Not even a phone number when you call the number online.

Takes more than an hour to give me a quote for service. Then the quote shows expensive work labor and takes more than 5 and the half hour to fix a simple problem. This location service real expensive.

The wait was double than what I was told in the beginning and then I had to return anyways because they didn't have the part I needed. So really it was triple the wait time. But customer service was very kind.

Appointment made to replace splash shield. After waiting 3.5 hours, and paying for the work, I was advised that they did not have the part on hand and it would have to be ordered. No delivery date mentioned. This place is very difficult to communicate with. They don't answer the phone and do not return calls.

Fast, friendly and ethical. Shaela Phillips was my Service advisor. She saw me early and got me done early. After inspection, my service advisor told me I didn't need the scheduled tire rotation, saving me money. Usually one needs to worry about unneeded recommendations, not at AutoNation. Very Impressive!

Receiving Service Advisors were courteous and professional. Good communication throughout services by assigned service advisor, although he didnt answer my last text message regarding shuttle service. Service advisor on completion acted like it was an inconvenience to help me and I had to correct her concerning my coupon. Overall, an average visit.

This dealership is all about up-selling you. Plus, a service I requested wasnt done. Its fine because the technician documented why, but no one told me. I had to read it on my copy of the service record. And, they messed up one of my tires. It now wont hold air. Waiting to hear back about resolving this.
