I was at the dealership for two hours for an oil change. During that time, I received a call about trading in my vehicle and numerous text messages I considered irrelevant as well as a video showing me my air filters. I couldn't help but conclude that they all contributed to the length of time I was there. I'll probably be getting future oil changes elsewhere. All the employees were pleasant and polite.

Terrible, my advisor was not there and just went for an inspection, did it in the pass with Vandergriff and no problem but with freeman was an issue so I called the manager at Vandergriff and they treated me like a person and I ended up with a brand new car instead

The advisor was great. I can't stand when they move your seat & mirrors tho. Also they left the shoe cover & seat cover in the truck, not a huge deal but it's really trash at this point & I didn't want to deal with it after I just paid a company to. The most irritating thing was the oily hand print that was left on my hood.

They over serviced my oil and went back to get it fixed and they told me it was normal and couldn't get them to fix the problem. Ended up going home and fixing it myself. Will not go back and didn't bring up the fact that they didn't rotate my tires. That place is a waist of money as a basic service station.

I found out that making an appointment for a state inspection for my car is not ideal, as the dealership must do them on a first come first serve basis. Freeman Toyota is a quality dealership, and I always do my maintenance there.
