Tejas did not keep me up to date about progress on my Tundra. They wanted to condemn the fuel pump without checking the TSB's applicable to my vehicle. I had to point out that the one TSB matched the problem that I was having and they should look at the repair procedure in the TSB.

My experience at Tejas Toyota was wonderful. Every one that I came in contact with were nice and respectful. I didn't have an appointment but they still did my maintenance without waiting too long. I bought an air freshener for my car while I was waiting; it was nice to smell all the nice aroma's. I look forward to the next maintenance time.

Texas put the small sticker on my windshield confirming battery is checked and ok, the next morning when I needed to be somewhere urgently the car doesn't start! I needed to replace the battery!! On top of that and after diligently doing every service on time and the car running fine, all of a sudden they say I need to replace the entire hydraulic suspension system ... cost $4,500!! My trust in Tejas is gone.
