Came for a recall on keys, a 5 minutes job who took 1 hour 30.during this time, they checked my car instead of rushing.cabin air filter is critical and you need to change it for 80$..I changed myself for 8$ the week beforegangsters. When I complained on line, they called me but I felt they strictly dont care. They are good to sale you a care and as soon you leave the place, they do not care anymore.

After recall service tried to upsell me on a lot of other services. Also, did not mention until I was inline to pay that there was an upcharge of 3.5% for paying with a credit card. That should have been upfront.

Tire sensors were damaged during the rotation and a subsequent visit inverted them (back tires on the dash showing the PSI of the fronts). The issue is still pending and will require a 3rd visit to fix.

The trigger my engine sensor and said I had problems. Once I told them what they done they try to tell its going to be a problem in the future. The hole car will be a problem in the future. I take care of my cars.

my only concern is they wanted to price the vechicle significantly higher than advertised. the car fax proce was 7775 they initially wanted 12500 from me, we agreed to 8500 which i believe is a fair price but still disingenuous.

Contacted me and had 4 different people contact me at different times. There was 0 communication within the staff. The vehicle was sold and I was contacted by someone telling me it was sold, an hour later I was contacted asking if I was still going to test drive it by someone else. When informed I was informed it sold they said oh yea but we have other vehicles. I was then contacted again later and then again the next morning.

Tom Peacock Nissan had a price of $13984 on Carfax. At the dealership they came up with a HIDDEN charge of $3400 for checking the car out, cleaning the car, changing oil, etc. In addition, there would be tax, title, documentation, etc to pay. The low price listed in Carfax was just a ploy to get you to the dealer.

These guys are scam artists and amateurs they wanted to put the wrong oil type in my engine saying it would he totally fine. Which i had extensively argue with them that it is not the manufacture suggests oil type . I got the right oil but they dint even rotated my tires as part of my maintenance package. You'd be better off going to Walmart.

I had an issue where the tire sensor light turned on in the dashboard panel...I called and spoke to Jennifer, & she told me to come in. When I did, she took care of me immediately! We brought the car in because it had died several times after we initially started the car and then shifted into gear. They couldn't find anything wrong. When we received car back, we found that sunglassed, gum, a tool and the antenna were taken out/off and not put back in/on car. They had to deliver items.

I was going by car fax when it said my new car needed an oil change when the dealership did not put it on the car fax. Silly me did not look at the windshield and did not see the sticker. I am still trying to get a replacement key and a car manual and my license plates.
