I did not like the experience. We told them we wanted it and were supposed to get a link for a deposit which didnt work. They sold out under us after we made flights to go out there to being back. They never called ti say hey give us the deposit over the phone. So rude and will never buy from them.

Not my best experience. I had to fill out my own application,the vehicle took several days to be released to me because of issues and those same issue still exist on the vehicle. Was told they would fix the issues with tint prior to me driving off not done... and was told to come back at a later date when I live very far from the dealership.

very unprofessional cost $398 for 30,000 mile factory recommended maintenance. They did not even fill the washer fluid reservoir, wonder what else they did not fill. Service advisor did not call back about a part that I needed ordered for my 2019 GMC Sierra. Called back to speak to the service manager over three weeks ago and still have not received a call back from anyone. I will not take my vehicle back there again!

Appointment arranged 9:45. Made it back home 8.5 hrs later. For an oil change and a windshield motor replacement, part in stock, no loaner. Called TEXAN while I was there at SMB/GMC I had been offered a loaner and scheduled appointment. I had been informed that since I have 6yr/ 100K warranty it would better serve me there. So from here out NO LOANER...NO SERVICE. TEXAN WILL BE DEALERSHIP OF CHOICE. Thats all that needs to be said.

It was great! I had 8 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I arrived around 7:40 because they are always busy! At 8:00 my advisor came to my car, got all of my information and told me it would probably be about an hour until my vehicle would be ready. I was in my car driving out at 8:45.
