Christine was attentive and went the extra mile to recover a refund from continental tire for a new tire that was damaged and needed to be replaced. Disappointed that Mercedes policy in warranty did not cover the cost of the fuse that was blown when using the Mercedes provided air compressor. Expensive at 100$+ to replace a fuse..

This location will not Honor the Mercedes-Benz 50,000 Warranty. Asst. Service Manager Carlos Trevino provides the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I took my vehicle to Mercedes Benz West Houston, and they were awesome. I addressed every issue I had. Without any problems at all.

Salesman gave me inaccurate information and when I met with the finance man, he was rude and dismissive. I paid cash for the car and even then he was putout that I wasnt financing it. I left with a car I had no idea how to drive. I had them pick it up in Louisiana and still have not been refunded my money even though they have their car back.

I received a letter stating that my airbag was part of a recall and to schedule it with my local MB service center, which I did. I requested a loner because I was told it would be two to three days before the work was completed. I never received a phone call or text saying that my car was ready so I called them and was told that they couldn't do the airbag recall at this time. Their lack of communication was very unprofessional.

I got good support when I was in the buying process. We found out after the purchase that there was a problem with the car's paint. To their credit MB looks like they've done a great paint job (it took about 20 days to get the car). The car looks new. The support of the sales representative dropped off considerably after the sale. He wasn't interested in supporting simple request.

I returned to have a drive belt replaced as well as a transmission mount that was found cracked during the previous service. During this service, I was treated much differently than before and my expectations were exceeded. Though the overall expense of the service was more than I had anticipated, it was presented in a professional and easily acceptable way. I will return to MB of Houston North for my future GLK service.
