The centerpiece of my service report was a 20 second video where the mechanic said my tires and brakes were OK, then he said the bracket was broken and that I needed a new bumper. After I inquired, the repair for my lane change sensor was close to $5,000.00.! Engineered like no other!

Kevin Graves is a great service provider at Greenway Mercedes Benz. The service received was excellent with the exception of having to return after 5 minutes of leaving to have tire re-inflated. The low tire pressure light came on within less than 1 mile, thankfully I didn't get on the freeway into afternoon traffic. Otherwise, everything was okay.

On 6/4/23 I asked Christopher Obanion (Mercedex-Benz of Houston Greenway) to see photos of this car. Several times, repeatedly, he indicated that he wouid personally take photos and send them the next day. As of today, and many phone calls, none are available. During this time period, this car has not been available to view in person, due to it being in the shop for repairs/parts.

People were nice but problem not fixed. Picked up car and was back in shop after two hours. $429 spent and now told it will cost $5000 to fix correctly. Not a great experience.

The dealer would not allow me to have an Aston Martin dealer do a pre-diagnostic inspection unless I purchased the car saying they would refund my money if the car did not pass. This does not make sense to me and therefore did not purchase the car.
