Friendly and efficient. The wait was not long. They washed my car and appreciated that very much. When I first drove up, I was met by a new employee who is now working in maintenance. He was very engaging, smiling and attentive. And, the cashier in maintenance was new to me and very courteous. All employees are very friendly. Received excellent service as always. I love driving my KIA Sportage.
